Gigi’s signature work is landscapes in glass. Each scene is from an actual place or event, from her backyards to landscapes enjoyed in travels across the country. Following years of drawing and painting study, Gigi has found her landscape work in glass to best express her natural designs. Before completing her design in glass, most pieces begin with a drawing on a napkin, scrap of paper, or even the back of an envelope where she can capture the moment her vision of the view has provided. Gigi hopes her finished landscape designs share the magic of moment and place.

Each time Gigi takes a trip one can be assured that a lasting image will result. This year it’s her Monterey series inspired by a trip to the California Coast. Ocean views, grand cypress trees, and gentle jelly fish fill her imagination…and her studio.
